Yīshēng yě zhème shuō, tā hái gàosu wǒ yào duō xiàng yuǎnchù kànkan, yóuqí shì duō kànkan lǜsè de zhíwù.
The doctor said so too; he also told me to look into the distance more, especially to look more at green plants.
