Raw Text (Chinese / Pinyin / English)

English

Driver, I'm going to the embassy. Did you take the wrong way? It's working hours now; there's a bit of traffic up ahead; let's take another route; the distance is about the same. That's good then. Traffic jams waste time. When you run into a traffic jam, your mood also gets "jammed". Exactly! Traffic jams on the way to work make you worry about being late, and traffic jams after work make you worry about getting home late. Driving on the road every day, it's really hard not to run into a traffic jam. As soon as there’s a traffic jam, people tend to become impatient. In the long term, it can also affect one’s temper and even personality. But why are you in such a good mood? We can't change traffic jams, but we can try to change our mood. During a traffic jam, it's a good time to take a short break, and you can also listen to music you like.
